From Thursday, December 07, 2006 :

Just finished:
Patons Classic Wool Merino (Medium): Black
Knit 2 Together Pattern

So, I've wanted a hooded scarf for like ever, so it doesn't really make sense that I look so surly in this picture... Anyway, it was super-easy... it just took a long-ish time to knit.

Patons Classic Wool Merino (Medium): Worn Denim
Two Sheep.com Pattern
I thought this scarf would be the death of me. It was the first charted pattern I finished, so I had to rip it a few times before I got the hang of it, and the size 4 needles on this size project were not so fun. If I wasn't obsessive, there's no way this would have ever gotten finished...

And if you're wondering about the charted pattern that I did not finish, it's the Hurry Up Spring armwarmers for Stitch n' Bitch Nation. Correction, I did finish them, technically, I just knitted them 4 times with as many yarns and ripped them each time. I just can't get the pattern/yarn combo to look good to me... saga to continue.

my fingers are feeling jealous that they are not able to replicate DNA structures with yarn. i support the belief that these scarves are indeed the bomb. da bomb.
